Terms and Conditions

  • All units are individually owned and decorated.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Must be 21 years old to register. At least one adult must stay in the condo and be responsible for those under 21 years of age.
  • Two night minimum, required on weekend stays, may apply.
  • Towel & Trash service is provided daily and a linen change every third day based on standard plan.
  • Requests for bunk beds or daybeds will be honored when possible, but not guaranteed.
  • A maximum of two parking permits are issued to each condo.
  • Cruise Parking is available with an additional charge.
  • No Smoking in buildings, elevators, hallways, hot tubs and pool areas.
  • Full payment due at check-in, which includes a $6 a day resort fee and 15% hotel tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by 6 PM, 48 hours prior to arrival date, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.
